DISPOSAL
Pursuant to art. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 49 of 14 March 2014 "Implementation of Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE)" The crossed-out box symbol on the appliance- It indicates on its packaging that the product at the end of its useful life must be collected separately from other waste.
The user must, therefore, give the end-of-life equipment to suitable municipal centres for the separate collection of electrotechnical and electronic waste.
Appropriate separate collection for the subsequent start-up of decommissioned equipment for environmentally compatible recycling, treatment and disposal
contributes to avoiding possible negative effects on the environment and health and promotes the reuse and/or recycling of the materials of which the equipment is composed.
Consumers are obliged not to dispose of WEEE as urban waste but to participate in the separate collection through the municipal ecological islands or directly or through the municipal collection services, where new electrical and electronic equipment is available at points of sale.
Very small WEEE (with the longest side less than 25 cm) can be delivered here free of charge. Those of larger size, can still be given in mode 1 against 1, or the return of the old product when you buy a new one. Failure to comply with these rules of conduct may be subject to administrative sanctions by the competent authorities.

In order to be able to identify clearly and unambiguously the equipment subject to the aforementioned obligations, on it or where not possible on the package, or on the guarantee, or in the accompanying information material, the symbol of a "crossed out box" appears similar to the one shown in the picture.
The bar below indicates that the product was placed on the market after 13 August 2005.
