About Estraggo: bringing natural wellbeing into everyday life
The story of Estraggo, told by founder Giuseppe Franceschi
My name is Giuseppe Franceschi and I am the founder of Siqur Salute SRL.
The story of this company did not begin as a business idea. It began with a much deeper personal question.
Many years ago, while fully immersed in my professional life, I had to face a serious health challenge. It was a moment that forced me to stop and look at my life with different eyes.
During that time, I understood something essential: health cannot be completely delegated to doctors or medicines. Each of us has a direct responsibility for our body, our daily habits and the way we choose to live.
From that moment on, I started a path of study and research that continues to this day.
I explored the relationship between nutrition, water, the environment and human wellbeing, meeting doctors, researchers and people who shared the same vision.
This journey led me, in 2010, to found Siqur Salute.
The goal was simple and very concrete: to make accessible tools that could help people take care of their health in everyday life.
2010: how the Estraggo project began
At that time, I was already involved in educational work around natural nutrition through an association active in the Triveneto area of Italy.
It was during one of these learning paths that I first discovered the cold extraction of fruit and vegetables.
I immediately understood that it was a surprisingly simple tool, yet deeply aligned with a natural, nutrient rich way of eating.
We began to study, test and distribute different models of juice extractors, observing them not only from a technical point of view, but above all through their real use.
In people’s kitchens, day after day, month after month, we saw how these machines became part of everyday life. Not through technical sheets or marketing promises, but through fresh juices made every morning with carrots, celery, apples and leafy greens.
Over time, after using and distributing many different models, we began to notice recurring limitations. Many extractors on the market struggled with leafy vegetables, while others were made with materials that were not truly suitable for daily use.
In some cases, the motors lost power over time, and too often these machines seemed designed more for marketing appeal than to last for years.
2014: how we designed the Estraggo juice extractors
From that moment, we began to imagine something different.
If the experience we had gained over the years had allowed us to understand so clearly what truly worked in daily use, then it made sense to take one step further.
We no longer wanted to simply choose from the models already available on the market.
We wanted to design a juice extractor under our own brand, with specific features shaped by everything we had observed over time.
An extractor designed to work effectively with all kinds of fruit and vegetables.
Built with reliable materials and a structure capable of maintaining its performance even after years of use.
We did not want to create just another product to be placed in a ranking. Our goal was to create a tool that people could use every day with ease, without complications and without losing extraction quality over time.
This is how Estraggo took shape, our brand of juice extractors designed within Siqur Salute. A project born from direct experience, built step by step by observing what really happens in people’s kitchens.
2015 2018: new tools for a natural lifestyle
In the years following the creation of Estraggo, the Siqur Salute project began to grow naturally.
More and more people were becoming interested in natural nutrition and were asking us for simple tools to make these choices part of everyday life.
So, step by step, we began to expand our product range, selecting and developing devices that were consistent with the same philosophy that had inspired the creation of our juice extractors.
New tools arrived, each designed to support a different aspect of a natural lifestyle.
- Frantoil, the home oil press, was created to produce fresh oil at home from seeds and nuts.
- The Zisha ceramic pots were introduced for a more natural way of cooking. They are made from a special natural clay and designed to distribute heat evenly and gently.
- The Tiscaldo radiant panels were developed to create a more natural thermal comfort inside the home.
- We also introduced a bipolar ionization air ionizer, a class 1 medical device designed to improve indoor air quality, helping to reduce the presence of polluting particles and support a healthier living environment.
- Alongside these, we added tools dedicated to food preparation and preservation, such as the sprouter, created to grow fresh sprouts rich in enzymes, and the food dehydrator, ideal for preserving the qualities of fruit and vegetables over time.
- During those years, the geobionomic mat was also born, a project that won first prize at Sana 2018, one of the most important awards in the world of organic living and natural wellbeing.
Over time, our proposal became much more than a simple product range.
It became a collection of tools designed to support a more conscious lifestyle, built around four essential elements: water, nutrition, air and the home environment.
These are the four elements of life that influence our wellbeing every single day.
2019: the birth of the LifeEnergy Water ionizer
As the years went by, our research journey began to focus more and more on one of the most essential elements of life: water.
If nutrition is one of the pillars of wellbeing, water is the element that enters our body every single day more than any other. For this reason, we began to study the world of water ionizers with great attention.
It was a long journey. We observed many devices available on the market, analysing their technical features, the quality of their materials and, above all, the real results these systems were able to produce.
As had already happened with juice extractors, we soon realised that not all products offered the same level of quality or the same reliability over time.
This marked the beginning of a research path that lasted more than ten years.
At the end of this journey, I met an extraordinary Korean engineer who, after many years of experience in the sector, had decided to found his own company to develop a water ionizer capable of combining build quality, effectiveness and transparency in its results.
His approach was exactly what we had been looking for.
A device designed with great technical care, where the declared values truly corresponded to the parameters that can later be measured in the ionized water.
This meeting gave birth to LifeEnergy Water: a water ionizer designed to offer stable, high quality alkaline ionized water, created to support a more conscious lifestyle every day.
It was an important step in our journey. If cold extraction had brought the quality of food back to the centre of our attention, with LifeEnergy Water we wanted to bring attention back to the quality of the water we drink every day.
2020: the revolution of Gold Disc Technology and the birth of the Made in Italy LifeEnergy line
While working every day with ionized water, a deeper reflection began to emerge: if water is so central to the balance of our body, then its chemical composition and pH are not the only aspects that matter.
The energetic quality with which water interacts with our body is also important.
Over the years, we had already come across the work of researchers who opened new perspectives on the role of water in biological life.
Among them were Dr. Masaru Emoto and Dr. Sang Whang, whose research helped spread a broader vision of water and its properties, not only from a chemical point of view, but also from a structural and energetic one.
These reflections led us to take another step forward.
We no longer wanted to focus only on creating technically effective tools. We also wanted to explore another fundamental aspect: the natural frequencies through which water, food and the environment interact with our body.
From this research, Gold Disc Technology was born in 2020: a unique device developed to generate a stable and harmonious vital frequency, integrated into the main tools of our product line.
The Gold Disc is made from a selected combination of crystals and rare earth elements, enclosed in a small cylinder designed to create a natural vibrational field.
To further explore and evaluate the effects produced by this technology, we also chose to rely on an external assessment.
For this reason, we asked the VisionLab laboratory in Zurich to analyse the effect of Gold Disc Technology on water, juices and oil, with the aim of observing in greater depth the transformations produced by its action.
We then began to integrate this technology into the most important devices of our project: the juice extractor, the oil press, the water ionizer and the air ionizer.
This is how the LifeEnergy line was born: a Made in Italy line of tools designed to work with the four elements that most influence our daily wellbeing: water, nutrition, air and the home environment.
2022: online expansion with the new estraggo website
In 2022, we decided to take an important step forward in the digital world as well.
Over the years, we had already built an online presence, but we realised that to truly support the growth of the project, we needed a more evolved tool. One that could be clearer, more practical and more accessible.
This is how we developed a new version of estraggo.it, completely redesigned to offer a simpler and more intuitive experience.
A website that is easier to navigate, richer in content and created to help people better understand our products and how they can be used in everyday life.
At the same time, we introduced a multilingual structure, with the aim of making the project accessible to people outside Italy as well.
This allowed us to gradually expand our presence, start shipping to more countries and reach customers in different areas of Europe.
It was not just a technical update. It was a natural step in our journey.
A way to bring the experience we had built over the years beyond local borders, while maintaining the same approach based on care, support and real relationships with people.
2026: Made in Italy QWAVE filters for electromagnetic pollution and the new Estraggo Water ionizer
Our research journey continues today, guided by the same question that has accompanied us from the very beginning: how can we help people live more consciously and in greater harmony with the environment around them?
In recent years, it has become increasingly clear how deeply the electromagnetic environment we live in has changed.
Homes, offices and urban spaces are now crossed by a growing number of signals and frequencies generated by electronic devices, wireless networks and communication systems.
For this reason, in 2026 we introduced QWAVE filters to the market, a technology entirely designed and made in Italy, created to help reduce the impact of electromagnetic pollution in everyday environments.
QWAVE filters are devices designed to work on the balance of the frequencies present in the spaces where we live, with the aim of supporting a more harmonious environment, more compatible with personal wellbeing.
In the same year, we also introduced the new Estraggo Water ionizer, developed to make high quality alkaline ionized water even more accessible directly at home.
With this new model, we wanted to combine ease of use, build quality and reliable performance, while maintaining the same attention to detail that has always guided the development of our devices.
This step also represents the natural evolution of a journey that began many years ago. A journey made of study, encounters, research and continuous dialogue with the people who use our tools in their homes every day.
And it is precisely this relationship of trust that continues to guide our work.
Because beyond any technology or innovation, what truly matters to us is accompanying people over time, offering tools designed to improve the quality of everyday life, with the same care, the same passion and the same spirit of research with which everything began.
